Welcome Rachael Skinner to the SPL team

Rachael holds a Bachelor of Education and Diploma of Teaching and has worked within the Recruitment Industry for over 13 years. Her career started as a Recruitment Consultant for an Educational Placement agency where she recruited Temporary relief and contract teachers within the Primary sector. From there, Rachael moved into Generalist Recruitment spaces for both Temporary and Permanent staff for both Industrial and Commercial sectors and has included new and existing Business Development.

Rachael has experience in fast paced environments which requires a quick and responsive approach. By pairing clients with exceptional candidates , to ensure their evolving demands are continually exceeded ; her focus is on delivering an all round Recruitment experience .

Rachael has extensive knowledge and experience to build long term client relationships . She has a drive and passion to make sure all vacancies are specifically aligned to employee requirements and provides coaching and guidance on how to leverage the best outcome for job applications .
