THE POSITION
The role will involve working across three kindergartens in the Papakura/Manurewa area, providing administration support to various teams with a focus on funding and finance.
Tasks will include;
-Managing waiting lists & enrolment
-Prepare pre-enrolment packs
-Communicate with parents regarding enrolment information
-Manage administration inductions
-Update child and staff data
-Create staff reports
-Monitor the automatic payment process
HOURS
Monday to Friday 30 hours per week (working term breaks is included) 8:30am to 3pm or 9am to 3:30pm shift times are available.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Experience in office based administration tasks including data entry, running reports, & creating spreadsheets is required.
Excellent communication skills
Experience in ECE administration is a bonus
