Delivery Driver Class 5 - Night Shift (02/10EG)

Company:
A large NZ owned company which distributes food & beverages across the country.

The Role:
We are currently recruiting for an experience Class 5 driver to join their team. Work starts ASAP for the right person.

• Monday to Friday - 3.30pm to midnight. Some extra hours on occasion.
• Forklift duties - loading/unloading trucks
• Operate refrigeration delivery vehicle - Class 5
• Deliver food product and pick orders correctly
• Help with freight sorting when needed
• Customer Service
• Assist with client queries
• Complete all required delivery paperwork
• Meet delivery timeframes
• Health and Safety

Ideal candidate:

• Experienced truck driver – Class 5 (auto and manual)
• Clean NZ Full Drivers licence
• MUST have a current forklift licence for this role
• Food delivery experience would be advantageous
• Knowledge of the Hamilton, Auckland and Waikato region would be ideal
• Can work to delivery time frames safely
• Health and Safety focused
• Good communication skills both written and verbal
• Ability to work in a team and individually
• Pass pre-employment drug test
