We are seeking expressions of interest for an experienced FACTORY MANAGER , with a preference to those having an engineering background.
Assisting and leading / motivating a high performing team, you and the management team will the driving force behind the success of the factory.

Purpose of position:
To ensure that the manufacturing processes, staff, plant and machinery are successfully managed and operated in an efficient, effective and timely manner.
To consider and suggest continuous improvements in production methods, encourage innovation in product development, and deliver high-quality products on time to meet and exceed customer expectations.


Key Requirements:
• Proven Engineering skills and knowledge
• Knowledge of melting and alloying metals would be an advantage
• A keen and precise eye for detail
• Ability to relate production requirements and deadlines and a proven ability to relate-to, lead, motivate and manage others.
• Production planning and organisational skills
• Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with senior management, directors, and staff at all levels.
• Professional work and personal conduct
• Demonstrated creativity and innovation in improving processes, introducing new techniques, and contributing to product development.
