The Role:
We are recruiting for experienced Grader and Excavator Operators to join the team.

Responsibilities:

• Operate site machinery, equipment, and tools safely.
• Work on a diverse range of civil construction projects e.g. Roading, Site works.
• Ensure efficient use of materials, supplies and equipment
• Work as part of a cohesive team to deliver quality work for the clients
• Commit to safe working practices
• Report any mechanical faults in a timely manner
• Complete daily allocated duties on site
• Promote the current culture of safety and team work

Ideal candidate will need the following:

• Grader and/or Excavator experience within the civil or construction industry
• Current WTR endorsements
• Minimum Full Class 2 licence would be ideal
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Good attention to detail and happy to help your team to the work done
• Keen to learn new skills and to expand on your operator/civil experience
• Motivated to deliver results and to meet project deadlines
• Clear criminal record
