HR & Payroll Administrator (2/10DR)

Full time, Contract/Temp

ABOUT THE COMPANY
Award winning NZ food production & distribution business with over 350 staff nationwide. Major supplier to St Pierres, Wendys, Burger Fuel & more. Mount Wellington location.

THE ROLE
Working as part of the Human Resources team, your tasks will include;

*Assisting with loading & checking payroll for all staff using Data Pay
*Maintaining payroll records
*Providing advice & assistance to managers & staff across recruitment, remuneration, performance management, training & development, & employment relations
*Providing contracts & forms for new staff members
*Maintain up to date information in HR policies & procedures

Working hours are 8:30am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. You will need to a have a good understanding & experience in processing payroll runs of over 300 staff, & potentially HR admin experience.
A background in the distribution or logistics sector is preferable.

Please note this position is initially on a temporary contract for 3 months with the definite potential for a permanent position.
