Manufacturing Machine Operators Required – Temp to Perm

Based in Rangiora our client is needing a machine operator to fill a day shift, an afternoon shift and a night shift role in their Manufacturing Plant.

Working within a small team, we are looking for someone who is mechanically minded, who can commit and take ownership of their role, someone willing to upskill within the company.

Starting in March 2025

We are looking for the right people with the right attitude, initiative and commitment.

To be successful for this role you will need to :
• Be mechanically minded
• Have a high level of accuracy / attention to detail
• Have good physical fitness
• Be health and safety conscious
• Have good communication skills
• Be A team player
