Relief Cleaner (01/11DE)

Our client produces some of our most well known brands in NZ, operating 24/7 to ensure customer needs are met. We are looking for a relief cleaner to be available to cover all 7 days of the week.

CLEANING ROLE COVERAGE – Factory Environment

We are currently looking for a hardworking efficient person to take on a relief cleaning role.
We are needing this person to be flexible enough to be available to cover the weekday and weekend cleaning during annual leave and unexpected absences.
Cleaning needs to be at a high standard as this is a food manufacturing environment that runs 7 days a week.
Start times can be flexible, however the shifts are 8 hrs per day.

Paid training will be given before starting.

Duties will include but are not limited to:
• Restocking hand towels and sanitiser
• Removing Rubbish
• Sweeping and mopping of floors, including stairs
• Wiping marks off walls and disinfecting
• Cleaning toilets and showers
• Cleaning and tidying Café and kitchen areas

You will need:
• To be physically fit
• To have reliable transport
• To be able to pass a pre-employment drug test
• Be able to work at pace for 8 hrs
• Be comfortable working in a fast paced manufacturing environment
• Be reliable with a good attitude

Please note that you will be required to wear the following PPE gear:

• Steel Cap Boots
• Earmuffs
• Whites (provided)
• Safety Glasses
• Hairnet / Beardnet

This role is based in Harewood, near the airport.
