Warehouse Team Lead (30/1RS)

Warehouse Team Leader needed for Globally recognised rural industry leader.

This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our clients warehouse, and through the establishment of best practice warehouse and distribution operations, you will deliver on all key metrics and develop and lead a highly engaged and productive warehouse team.

WHATS NEEDED ?

  • At least 3 yrs Warehouse (management) experience
  • Able to work in a fast paced environment
  • Experience in leading and implementing change within a supply chain
  • Decision-making skills
  • Good leadership/people management and be able to lead from experience and example
  • Excellent understanding of health/safety procedures
  • Experience with SAP / WMS or similar ERP system/s
  • Knowledge of warehouse management systems and procedures.
  • Demonstrated expertise in planning, logistics and warehousing
  • Analytical thinker / Self-directed and Autonomous self starter
